In conjunction with the relevant information regarding delivery stated on our FAQ section, our delivery system requires a flat surface in which to drop our deliveries.

If we are unable to deliver an order to the arranged location due outlined criteria, customers will incur return delivery charges.

For deliveries that are unable to be completed for unforeseen circumstances we will endeavour to re-deliver at customers request at a reduced cost of €20 per pallet. Re-delivery of goods can be arranged for the following day or indeed a day to suit the customer.
